Most early careers jobs ask you to choose between doing something meaningful and accelerating your career. This isn't one of them.

We're recruiting on behalf of one of London's fastest-growing mission-driven organisations.

Over the last few years they've grown rapidly, built an exceptional team and have ambitious plans for the future. They're now looking for bright, ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want to take on real responsibility from day one.

This isn't the sort of place where you'll spend two years watching from the sidelines. If you're good, you'll be trusted quickly.

The opportunity

We're looking for Commercial Associates to join a growing team working across areas such as:

  • Partnerships
  • Fundraising
  • Customer Success
  • Relationship Management
  • Business Development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

No two days are quite the same. One day you might be speaking to external partners, the next helping shape a new initiative, analysing performance or supporting a key project.

The common thread? Building relationships, solving problems and helping the organisation grow.

About You

We're looking for people who are:

  • Graduates or within 1-3 years of starting their career.
  • Bright, ambitious and full of initiative.
  • Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships.
  • Organised, proactive and happy taking ownership.
  • Excited by the idea of working in a fast-paced environment where you'll have a genuine impact.

Strong academics are certainly valued (many of the team studied at Russell Group universities), but we're equally interested in people who've shown drive outside the lecture theatre.

If you've played football (e.g. for your university, local club or similar), that's a bonus - but by no means essential.

What's on offer?

  • £28,000-£40,000 depending on experience.
  • A genuinely supportive, high-performing team.
  • Significant responsibility from the outset.
  • Clear opportunities to develop as the organisation continues to grow.
  • The chance to build a career whilst making a tangible difference every day.

If you're looking for somewhere you'll be challenged, trusted and able to make an impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
