We're growing fast, and we need commercially sharp, curious people to grow with us. This is a junior role with real responsibility from day one — you'll be selling cutting-edge SaaS and data products, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and contributing directly to the clean energy future. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop software sales opportunities across Aurora's full product suite — from SaaS platforms to proprietary data solutions
- Build and nurture a pipeline of new and existing clients, converting opportunities through consultative, technically-informed selling
- Pitch, propose, and negotiate contracts with energy sector players including utilities, investors, and government bodies
- Grow account value through smart cross-sell and up-sell strategies
- Log and manage your pipeline rigorously in Salesforce, keeping deal data clean and actionable
- Relay client feedback to the product team, helping shape the roadmap for our next-generation tools
- Partner with our Technical Sales Marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and community-building initiatives
- Attend conferences and client meetings — locally and internationally — as an energetic face of Aurora

- Calm under pressure with the resilience to navigate long sales cycles and shifting priorities
- A genuine curiosity about energy markets and the transition to a low-carbon world
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Desirable attributes:
- Some sales, business development, or client-facing experience — even if early-career or in a different sector
- Exposure to energy markets, power systems, or sustainability topics
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Fluency in a major European language
