🌟 Join Our Client's Team as a Commercial Property Manager in Beckenham! 🌟
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Commercial Property Manager to join our client's team in Beckenham, Southeast London!
They are a leading firm in the property management industry, if you are someone with the motivation to take this role on and grow the business, they want you!
Hours
9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Location
Fully Office based: Monday - Friday
Salary
£42,000 - £50,000+ bonus & commission
Required Experience
- Fully Managed Commercial, Blocks and Residential Properties
- Has a proven track record in property management
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail 🗂️
- Can manage multiple priorities and is proactive and solutions-oriented, always looking for ways to improve processes
- Holds relevant certifications (e.g., ARLA, RICS) - this is a plus! 🎓
What You'll Do
As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties 🏡
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors 🤝
- Handling property inspections, maintenance requests, and tenant communications 📞
- Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency 💰
- Ensuring compliance with property regulations and best practices 📜
- Overseeing lease agreements and renewals, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved
