THE ROLE
This is a role for one of my Clients - not for Results Rules OK, successful applicants will be introduced directly to them.
My Client is a multi-entity distribution business built around a curated portfolio of premium, market-leading brands, sold across both B2B/retail and D2C marketplace channels. As we continue to grow our brand portfolio, we're looking for a Commercial & Brand Lead to own the external, including sub-distribution, B2B, and retail side of the business - building and managing the brand partner relationships that drive our wholesale and retail revenue.
You will own the revenue number across B2B, wholesale, and physical retail channels for your brand portfolio, working in a team with the marketplace - DTC lead, both acting as the primary commercial points of contact for brand partners. From forecasting and target setting through to brand onboarding and pricing governance, you will drive the end-to-end commercial relationship - representing e-comas at brand meetings, trade events, and commercial reviews, and working closely with the operations team to keep supply aligned with demand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Forecasting & Target Setting
- Set and own revenue targets per brand across B2B and retail channels
- Produce sales forecasts by brand and account to inform supply chain planning
- Maintain a rolling view of the pipeline and conversion to track against targets
- Review and re-forecast quarterly in line with brand commercial plans

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
