Commercial Account Broker - Glasgow - Hybrid - Up to £40,000
Join a family-owned, independent brokerage with over 30 years in the market and a genuine commitment to the people who work there - as well as the clients they look after.
This is a role for an experienced broker who wants to work somewhere that combines a strong commercial client base with a forward-thinking, supportive culture. You'll handle new business, service existing accounts and manage renewals - with the autonomy to build real relationships and make a genuine impact.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting commercial clients with new business opportunities, renewals and day-to-day servicing
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients and underwriters
- Delivering tailored advice and exceptional service at every touchpoint
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements throughout
- Contributing to company targets and objectives as a key part of the team

- A background in a commercial broking or account handling role
- Strong understanding of core insurance principles
- Confident communicator - written, verbal and client-facing
- Commercially aware, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to multitask
