About the Role

You'll manage customers from enquiry through to completion, identifying and arranging suitable funding solutions. This is a consultative, telephone-based sales role focused on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of commercial finance enquiries.
  • Qualify customer requirements and recommend suitable funding solutions.
  • Arrange Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Structured Finance, High Net Worth Lending, and Bridging Finance facilities.
  • Source funding through a panel of 200+ lenders.
  • Build relationships with customers, introducers, and lenders.
  • Manage applications through to completion using CRM systems.
  • Maintain accurate case records and follow-up schedules.
  • Work towards conversion, productivity, and quality KPIs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer outcomes whilst maintaining a strong commercial focus.

Package

  • £45,000–£50,000 basic salary DOE.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Annual salary review.
  • 28 days annual leave.
  • Earn Your Hybrid following successful probation.
  • High-quality enquiries and extensive lender access.
  • Ongoing training and career progression.
  • Chelsea office close to Earl's Court Underground Station.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years' commercial finance, lending, or brokerage experience.
  • Knowledge of Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Structured Finance, and/or Bridging Finance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong telephone sales and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and pipeline management.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot desirable).
  • Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach.
