Litigation Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £50,000+ (DOE)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an expanding Civil Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to work on a broad range of high-quality cases while developing their career within a progressive and supportive law firm.
REF: 4653
THE ROLE:
You will manage your own caseload as well as collaborate on more complex and high-value matters. The role offers genuine responsibility, varied work, and excellent prospects for professional growth.
You will advise and represent clients across a wide spectrum of civil and commercial disputes, including:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Property litigation
- Possession proceedings and title disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- General civil litigation and dispute resolution
The firm acts for clients through a major legal expenses insurer, providing a consistent flow of high-quality instructions and exposure to complex and interesting cases.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE. Candidates should:
- Have the ability to manage a varied caseload independently while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
- Be organised, proactive, and able to balance competing priorities effectively.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive, supportive team environment.
- Be committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
