A Bit About The Job
We’re looking for a Commercial Claims Technical Consultant to join our Commercial Technical Team on a permanent basis. You’ll use your expertise to support complex claims decisions while building capability across our UK-wide claims teams.
You’ll play a key part in improving technical standards, supporting colleagues through coaching and training, and helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers. It’s a role where you can make a real impact – on people, performance and the experience we provide.
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
- Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Property claims
- Proven ability to make clear, confident decisions on complex and sensitive cases
- Experience coaching, developing or supporting others to build capability
- Ability to create clear technical guidance and deliver training
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams

- Starting salary is Circa £40K (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)
