Job Description: Dedicated Cleaner

We’re looking for a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness across our managed environments, including professional office settings and communal spaces.
In this role, you’ll ensure that workspaces and shared areas are clean, safe, and well-presented, supporting both colleagues and customers. Your contribution will play a key role in creating environments where people can feel comfortable and thrive.
Location: Norwich - King Street
Hours: Part Time - 15 hpw - Monday to Friday 17:00-20:00
Contract: Fixed Term - 12 months
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out a range of cleaning tasks including:
- Hoovering and mopping floors
- High- and low-level dusting
- Litter picking and general upkeep
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across office and communal environments
- Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
- Take responsibility for cleaning equipment and materials
- Work efficiently to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed

What You'll Bring
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning or similar role
- Ability to use cleaning equipment confidently and safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic IT skills (e.g., Outlook, Teams)
- Full UK driving licence

- Proactive and self-motivated
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Team player who can also work independently
- Takes pride in creating clean and welcoming environments
