Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Commercial Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Worcester office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will support Client Executives across the full renewal cycle, contribute to placement strategy, and help deliver a high standard of service to Commercial clients and insurer partners.
The Client Advisor position is perfect for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance account handling, claims, or equivalent client service industries looking to join an established, market-leading insurance broker.
Responsibilities
- Support Marsh Client Executives regarding placement strategy for insurance renewals and administer mid-term changes to risk.
- Request and review underwriting information on behalf of Commercial clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate market presentations and slips in consultation with the Client Executives and the Placement Team.
- Utilise Marsh online trading systems to collate and negotiate renewal terms with existing and prospective insurers.
- Collaborate with Client Executives and Placement Teams to prepare client reports for renewals.
- Produce and/or request Insurer documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an insurance, account management, or any other insurance related client-facing role.
- Strong communication, administration, literacy, and numeracy skills, demonstrated through your professional experience or educational achievements.
- The ability to remain calm and professional when managing competing priorities and working within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and other business systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent client outcomes.

- A good awareness of clients’ business, their business issues, insurance programmes, and service plans.

What Makes You Stand Out

- Previous experience within commercial insurance, fleet insurance, or a related industry.
