Territory Account Executive – UKI Sales Team

We’re looking for effective Territory Account Executives to joining the UK and Ireland Sales Team, targeting Commercial-level accounts across their digital transformation journeys. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in enterprise SaaS/software sales across Mid-Market and Growth segments, collaborating closely with C-level stakeholders. Your ability to tailor solutions and drive customer-centric strategies will position you on the frontline of transforming businesses through intelligence.


Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Leverage proactive prospecting skills to expand both new and existing accounts’ opportunities
  • Strategic Account Planning: Craft tailored account strategies that identify growth potential and build sustainable pipelines
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Earn trust as an influencer-advisor across varied organisational levels, from department heads to executives
  • Solution Selling: Lead data-driven conversations that highlight Tableau’s strategic value and ROI, including rolling licensing solutions
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process with speed and precision tailored to Commercial account velocity
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional Salesforce teams to align solutions, additive selling opportunities, and execute account plans
  • Cross-Sourcing Integration: Align with counterparts across Salesforce’s ecosystem to unlock joint deals and expand solution adoption

Essential Requirements

Experience

  • Proven track record in quota-carrying sales, specialising in software/SaaS solutions in Mid-Market and Enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of transactional sales (checkouts) and complex multi-year agreement negotiations highly preferred
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, and BI market trends as a distinct advantage
