About the Role

As a Territory Account Executive (AE), you’ll join our UK and Ireland (UKI) Sales team, selling commercial-level Tableau platform solutions—supporting customers at all stages of their digital transformation journey. This is a chance to work with diverse stakeholders, from end-users to C-level executives, and accelerate revenue growth by delivering AI-augmented solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading enterprise software sales: Sell core AI and data solutions for Salesforce’s Agentforce era, driving success in high-growth Commercial accounts.
- Account and opportunity development:
- Prospect aggressively to unlock business from both new and existing accounts.
- Define objective, actionable account plans to map opportunities, design effective GTM strategies, and scale pipeline growth.
- Act as a trusted advisory partner to customers, fostering multi-level stakeholder relationships—from influencers to CEOs.
- Strategy and collaboration:
- Lead value-driven sales conversations, focusing on ROI and customer impact.
- Partner with a cross-functional internal team to align strategy and deploy tailored resources.
- Collaborate with Salesforce colleagues to execute joint solution sales across your account portfolio.
- Execution and delivery:
- Optimise the sales cycle while balancing high-velocity commercial targets.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain high standards in forecasting and pipeline management.

Experience & Expertise
✔ Proven quota-carrying sales experience—your career in SaaS and enterprise software: avoided
- GBIn particular, you’ve successfully sold multi-year licence agreements, transactional solutions, and scalable enterprise offers at Scale, with evidence of ongoing business wins. ✔ Strategic account management: Experience leading mid-market and high-growth accounts, scaling pipelines, and driving cross-functional adoption. ✔ Understanding of analytics/Bi: Bonus points for familiarity with industry terms and use cases. ✔ Leadership mentality: Your partnership approach is a must—you’re a team-player who can align Salesforce’s global resources.
