Important note
This is not a salaried employee role at this stage. This is an early-stage commercial co-founder / partner opportunity for someone who wants to help build Stackrise LTD long-term.
Stackrise LTD is currently founder-led and still early in its growth journey. The company is not yet offering a fixed salary, guaranteed wage, or full-time employment contract for this position.
The arrangement would begin as a flexible commercial partner / co-founder candidate opportunity, based on agreed commission and/or revenue share from closed and paid client work. Potential equity or directorship may be considered later, subject to contribution, trust, performance, legal suitability and a written agreement.
No salary will accrue unless separately agreed in writing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working arrangement
This would start as a flexible trial period to make sure the working relationship, values and contribution are right for both sides.
Directorship and equity will not be offered immediately. These would only be considered after trust, contribution and results have been demonstrated, and after a proper written agreement is in place.
Compensation
Compensation would be based on agreed commission and/or revenue share from deals that are successfully closed and paid by clients. The aim is that, as Stackrise LTD generates consistent revenue, the business can begin paying both the founder and the commercial partner properly.
