Join our commercial team as a Commercial Co-ordinator, supporting Key Account Managers in delivering high-quality customer and business solutions within our Seating division.

In this role, you will take ownership of a range of commercial and data-driven activities, including customer-facing tasks, while helping to generate, track and manage key commercial information. Your work will support business decision-making, improve data visibility and enable efficient collaboration across programs and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate customer requests in a timely and professional manner (e.g. service and prototype quotations, country of origin declarations, purchase order amendments, tooling asset registers)
  • Support Key Account Managers with the preparation, tracking and management of commercial data
  • Maintain and develop databases, cost and price trackers, and data collection systems to improve efficiency and data quality
  • Analyse and interpret commercial data within internal systems and provide regular insights and reporting
  • Collect and manage data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritise business and information needs

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and interpret complex data with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a customer-facing or commercially focused environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Degree in Data Science, Business Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

  • Ability to respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactive approach, with confidence to initiate discussions and drive tasks to completion
  • Experience in project management or implementing database solutions
  • Ability to identify and propose improvements to business processes and workflows
  • Experience in data handling: importing, cleansing, transforming and validating data to support commercial decision-making
