We're working with a global corporate and investment bank that is investing heavily across its EMEA platform and undergoing a significant period of growth and transformation.
As part of this evolution, the legal team is expanding its specialist capability and is seeking a commercially minded lawyer to manage a small commercial contracts team and lead on data privacy matters.
This is a broad, visible role offering the opportunity to become a key adviser to stakeholders across a large international organisation, supporting complex cross-border operations, regulatory change, technology initiatives and strategic procurement matters.

The Opportunity
- Oversee a small team supporting commercial and technology-related legal matters.
- Lead and shape the organisation's approach to data privacy and information governance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and regulatory developments.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution and growth of a highly visible legal function.
- Play a key role in a business investing heavily in its people, processes and future capabilities.
About You
- Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts and data privacy experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Previous team leadership, supervision or mentoring experience would be advantageous.
- Interest in technology, innovation and emerging legal developments.
