Our client is a cutting-edge intelligence company that provides software and data to the car industry.

Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Contracts Manager to join the Contracts Arm of their business. The role is 100% indefinitely remote.

You must be Fluent in French or Spanish - fluency in German is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • MUST be fluent in French or Spanish.
  • MUST have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Experience with contracts, and particularly surrounding Intellectual Property i.e. software licence agreements is desirable.
  • UK Legal qualifications are desirable; LLB/SQE/LPC.
