Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Contracts Manager to join the Contracts Arm of their business. The role is 100% indefinitely remote.

You must be Fluent in French or Spanish - fluency in German is advantageous.
Requirements:
- MUST be fluent in French or Spanish.
- MUST have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience with contracts, and particularly surrounding Intellectual Property i.e. software licence agreements is desirable.
- UK Legal qualifications are desirable; LLB/SQE/LPC.
