SDI International

SDI International is a global procurement and workforce solutions partner helping organizations optimize, tail, spend, strengthen strategic sourcing, and manage extended workforce programs.

Founded in 1992, SDI is a woman-owned, woman-managed organization grounded in strong principles and long-standing relationships. We turn fragmented processes into high-performing operating models that deliver measurable, sustained value.

Currently, we are looking for a Commercial Contracts Specialist to own the full contract lifecycle for SDI's sister company across both Consulting and Workforce lines of business. This is a newly created role designed to separate commercial negotiation from Account Management. The Specialist will partner with Account Managers on client engagements, act as the commercial subject matter expert, and own negotiations through to execution — reporting to the CRO with a dotted line to the General Counsel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
