Legal Assistant - Commercial Conveyancing
Greater London | Fully Office-Based Up to £30,000 (DOE)
A well-established law firm is looking to recruit a confident and proactive Legal Assistant into its Commercial Conveyancing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and client-facing experience to join a busy and supportive team within a fast-paced commercial property environment.
The Role: • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and handling enquiries professionally • Opening new files and completing onboarding documentation • Supporting fee earners with day-to-day commercial conveyancing matters • Preparing documents, printing, scanning, filing and general administration • Maintaining organised case files and supporting workflow across the department • Meeting clients in the office when required

About You: • Ideally 1-3 years’ experience within a legal or professional office environment • Strong communication and client-handling skills • Confident telephone manner and able to manage busy client interactions • Organised, proactive and able to work under pressure • Positive attitude and looking for a long-term opportunity
