Commercial Coordinator
London (Office-Based)
£28,000–£35,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We're working with one of the UK's most exciting consulting businesses to find a Commercial Coordinator to join their growing London team.
Their clients are some of the biggest names in the UK, brought in to help deliver complex business and technology change. From digital transformation and AI to operating model redesign and large-scale change programmes, they help organisations solve complex problems and deliver real outcomes.
This role sits at the heart of the business.
You'll work alongside senior commercial leaders, helping to keep opportunities moving from initial conversations through to signed contracts and project mobilisation. If you're organised, proactive and enjoy making things happen behind the scenes, you'll quickly become an invaluable part of the team.
This is an ideal second role for someone who's already had exposure to a commercial, sales support, operations or project coordination environment and is looking for more responsibility and a genuine career path.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
