About the role
The Role
Are you highly organised with a flair for writing and a sharp eye for detail? Join our Bid & Proposal team as a Commercial Co-ordinator and play a key role in winning new business and retaining valued customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine creativity with commercial precision, helping shape compelling proposals while ensuring every submission is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating and managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process, ensuring high-quality submissions are delivered on time
- Creating clear, concise, compliant and responsive customer-focused proposal content
- Managing renewals, contract updates, and submissions with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Working closely with internal teams to gather, align, and refine bid and proposal inputs
- Maintaining bid documentation, registers, and reporting tools, ensuring all materials are up to date
- Tracking bid and proposal progress and outcomes, contributing to reporting and revenue validation
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency

About You
What We're Looking for
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in written content development
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
- A collaborative, proactive approach with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial awareness and an interest in bid and proposal processes
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative and digital skills, including document and data management
