Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This is a non-sales, operations-focused role, focused on owning the commercial and operational side of the DRAMS sales process. Your role is to simplify sales workflows, reduce admin burden for leadership, and ensure customers switch smoothly from interest to purchase.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Engaging with distilled spirits clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Managing the CRM – ensuring accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline.
- Generating pipeline & forecast reports with the Marketing Manager, ensuring every opportunity has clear next steps and follow-ups.
- Writing proposals, quotes, and commercial packs from initial scoping notes.
- Drafting and managing contracts (NDAs, MSAs, statements of work, change-request quotes).
- Supporting sales presentations, demos, and customer meetings.
- Tracking renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Continuously refining sales and proposal templates.
- Collaborating with marketing & customer success teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
- Representing DRAMS by staying informed on industry trends and customer needs.
- Executing desktop marketing research to understand market opportunities. -ựalising any other tasks allocated by Management

Eligibility Requirements
To apply for this role, the following essential qualifications must be met:

Experience in bid or proposal management.

Background in commercial operations, sales support, professional services or consulting.

Familiarity with B2B sales or software/technology environments.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
-
Comfortable with financial analysis, pricing negotiations.
-
Highly organised, with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
-
Experience with CRM systems and office tools (Excel, Word, Zoho, Salesforce).
-
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, agile team.
-
Currently holds the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
While not mandatory, the following would be advantageous:
- Knowledge of the distilled spirits/distillery sector.
- Experience with AI tools.
