We’re recruiting a Commercial Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you’ll act as a trusted advisor guiding enterprise clients through every phase of their life long success strategy our extraordinary team. You’ll be the bridge between customer business goals and the Branch platform’s full potential, ensuring steady adoption, growth, and retention.
About the Role
As a Commercial Customer Success Manager, you’ll partner with cloud-based AdTech and MarTech clients to accelerate their commercial outcomes through proactive, consultative, and value-driven engagement. This is a collaborative and high-impact role that interconnects with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to shape customer experience, foster adoption, and build enduring relationships.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, developing strategies that drive usage, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Act as a customer advocate and trusted advisor, building deep relationships and delivering creative solutions to customer challenges.
- Proactively plan and execute use cases, deliver compelling custom demos and technical presentations, and author high-impact reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, participating in quarterly planning, business reviews (QBRs/EBRs), andTicket resolving workflows.
- Leverage adoption insights across operations, customer data, and market inquiries to sharpen customer-cycles stays and custom enablement.
- Solve business hurdles, resolve technical disputes, and defuse support friction to maximize product reliance.
- Assess leverage customer data (e.g. tools like Looker/Tableau/GAnalytics) to spot less obvious barriers and intuitive remedy.
- Supercharge proactively spread growth drives and user activation if execution efforts simultaneously with Sales.

Who This Role Is Perfect For
We are looking for an individual with a natural client-leadership mentality, a commitment to fostering deep customer relationships, and the ability to accelerate technical and commercial outcomes.
Essential Experience and Skills
✔ 1-2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similarly client-facing roles ✔ A combination of exceptional customer managing, proactive ownership, and hands-on technical troubleshooting skills ✔ Experience supporting clients within ** cloud-based SaaS solutions** environments ✔ Curiosity-driven expertise—ability to quickly grasp technical concepts while translating them into business value ✔ Strong problem-solving skills encompassing both business use-case tradeoffs and product quirks ✔ Deep ability to analyze and anticipate customer needs, translating them into measurable value (especially tailored SaaS Auto drecomos) ✔ History of proactive customer communication, guiding literacy zelfsed around short sales cycles
✔ Comfort navigating complex workflows, managing multiple priorities, balancing P more very zone. ✔ Self-starter with an entrepreneurial bent—t mindsetåndability to quickly adapt to new tools (such as JIRA, Asana, Salesforce) ✔ Growth mindset, willingness to address ambiguity and explore grey areas ✔ Joins slick written communication (RSVP, reports, helping customer meetings) ✔ Experience with data tools: pulling, analysing, and presenting collections (e.g. table desktop looker) or analytics visualizS tools

Location and Hybrid Flexibility: This role will be based at our London office, where hybrid working will align with our current Return to Office guidelines. Travel may be directly defined (as inquiries for customer meetings or internal developments).
