COMMERCIAL DATA ANALYST
LONDON/HYBRID UP TO £65,000
This is a high-impact Commercial Data Analyst role where your work will directly shape revenue, pricing strategy, and client outcomes. You will have strong visibility across senior leadership and the autonomy to define your own analytical direction, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond reporting and influence commercial decision making.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Commercial Data Analyst will:
- Own and develop Tableau dashboards across commercial and operational teams
- Deliver insights on pricing, revenue performance, and client engagement
- Build pricing and renewal models to support contract strategy and revenue growth
- Analyse operational performance, including KPIs, delivery targets, and team productivity
- Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities within Client Services
- Support revenue forecasting and risk analysis to guide business decisions
- Manage inbound data requests and prioritising effectively
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Maintain and manage the Tableau environment, including permissions and governance
- Work autonomously to define priorities aligned with business needs

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience building and managing Tableau dashboards end to end
- Solid SQL skills, with the ability to query and manipulate data independently
- Proven experience delivering commercial insights, not just reporting outputs
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating data into business recommendations
- Experience analysing revenue, pricing, or commercial performance data
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain the “why” behind insights
