Commercial Delivery Lead 📍 Wilmslow (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days WFH) 💰 £43,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) 🕒 Full-time, 40 hours per week

🚀 About the Role The Commercial Delivery Lead will work directly with the Commercial Director to support the delivery of key commercial, operational, commissioning and strategic priorities across the Group.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong organisation, commercial awareness, financial confidence and the ability to create structure across multiple, varied workstreams. The post holder will translate strategic priorities and plans into clear delivery timelines, actions, trackers, reports, governance material and implemented outcomes.

The role spans commercial projects, commissioning support, financial analysis, internal improvement and stakeholder management. We need someone who can act as an extension of the Commercial Director, creating structure, driving delivery and turning priorities into tangible outcomes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities 🚀 Support and drive delivery of commercial, commissioning, operational, and development projects 📅 Turn strategic priorities into clear timelines, actions, and follow-ups 📣 Support commissioning and marketing initiatives where needed 📊 Work with financial models, trackers, reports, and decision-support analysis 📑 Coordinate board packs, governance materials, reporting cycles, and meeting documentation 🔄 Support internal restructuring, process improvements, system changes, and contract updates 🤝 Liaise with commissioners, advisers, partners, and internal stakeholders 🧩 Take ownership of cross-functional tasks that don’t sit neatly within one department 🎯 Keep priorities moving forward ensuring nothing important gets lost or delayed
