What are we looking for
At Cosentino we are looking for a Commercial Design & Builder Sales Manager to cover Essex who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
As a Builder Sales Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for assigned accounts. Actively solicits the participation and involvement of Cosentino sales personnel which have made a positive impact on the profitable sales growth within the designated accounts. You will serve as our client’s main point of contact, helping them to reach their goals and ensuring a continued, positive and profitable relationship for both sides.
What you will do
Drive sales of stone surfacing products in the new home construction market by building strong relationships with regional builders and fabricators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Develop strategies, grow builder accounts through visits and calls (85% builders, 15% fabricators), promote product lines, attend industry events, and manage pricing/rebate programs.
- Customer Service: Maintain builder profiles, communicate product benefits, and act as liaison between company, builders, and fabricators for pricing and updates.
- Business Intelligence: Create action plans, support annual sales strategy, negotiate product placement in model homes/design centers, and keep CRM data accurate.

What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
Required:
- 4+ years of sales experience in the builder industry
- 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
- 1+ year of business development
Desired:
- Stone fabrication or distribution experience
- Experience with Customer database, Salesforce preferred.
Knowledge
- Building materials experience
- Stone fabrication or distribution experience
