SustainGRC is the intelligence infrastructure for governance, risk, compliance and sustainability — one data model, 40+ agentic modules, collect once, report everywhere. Demand across EMEA and the GCC is running ahead of our senior commercial bandwidth. We want an experienced B2B SaaS seller to build it before it reaches an Account Executive's desk.

This is not a first sales job. It's a greenfield territory for someone who has already carried a number and knows how to open and qualify complex enterprise deals — with a direct path to owning and closing them.

What you'll own

  • The early deal cycle across EMEA and GCC: target accounts, the regulatory pressure driving them, and the conversations that turn interest into qualified pipeline
  • Outbound that lands because it's built on a prospect's actual compliance exposure — via Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, not templated sequences
  • Qualification against our ICP, so opportunities reach an Account Executive ready to progress
  • Market and competitor intelligence fed straight back into how we position and price

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you bring

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales — SDR, BDR or AE — ideally in GRC, regtech, ESG or another considered enterprise sale
  • A genuine research instinct: you'd rather understand a buyer's regulatory exposure than send generic outreach
  • Sharp written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage for GCC accounts
  • Comfort testing an approach, reading the data and adjusting without being told to

  • High-ownership environment, minimal bureaucracy

Next step: Apply with your CV and two lines on the most complex deal you've moved forward — what made it hard, and what you did.
