London | £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (£30,000 OTE)

We're hiring on behalf of an international business that's investing heavily in its next generation of commercial talent. You'll join a structured development programme designed to teach you consultative selling, business development and relationship management from the ground up, with a clear pathway into a closing role.
No two days are the same. One day you'll be researching major organisations and speaking with senior decision-makers, the next you'll be working alongside experienced sales professionals to help win new business and grow existing accounts.

The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, starting conversations with senior stakeholders and creating opportunities for the wider commercial team.
Using telephone outreach, email campaigns and LinkedIn, you'll engage businesses, understand their challenges and arrange high-quality meetings for senior colleagues.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives on targets and wants to develop a long-term career in business.
What you'll be doing

About You
We're looking for personality and potential rather than years of experience.
You'll stand out if you are:

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, fundraising, telesales or any customer-facing environment would be beneficial, but it's your attitude that matters most.
