About HENI

HENI is an international multi-services art business working at the intersection of art and technology. From printmaking and physical artwork marketplaces to NFTs, publishing, news, video production, and art research, HENI works with the world's leading artists and estates to make art accessible to audiences worldwide. We are ambitious, fast-moving, and unafraid to challenge how the art world operates.

Purpose of the Role

HENI produces a growing slate of podcasts bringing art and culture to a wide audience as part of HENI's mission of making art accessible to everyone. The output is underpinned by a strong creative team of Editor, Videographer, and Commissioning Editor. The Commercial Director is being brought in to build and lead the business side of HENI; driving revenue, monetisation existing content, and establishing the commercial infrastructure needed to grow the podcast business faster and at greater scale.

This is a non-creative, commercially focused role. The successful candidate will take full ownership of revenue generation, live events, rights and licensing, subscription strategy, merchandise, publications, PR coordination, and the day-to-day commercial management of the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
