Commercial Director
London | Hybrid
Permanent | Full-Time
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is a senior commercial position responsible for winning new business, growing strategic accounts, and driving revenue across the UK and Europe.
If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, solving business challenges, and closing high-value consulting, agency, digital or eCommerce deals, this could be an outstanding opportunity.
What Will You Actually Be Doing?
Winning New Clients
- Finding new business opportunities.
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Understanding client challenges and objectives.
- Pitching services and solutions.
- Converting opportunities into signed contracts.
Growing Existing Clients
- Building long-term relationships.
- Understanding client roadmaps.
- Identifying additional project opportunities.
- Increasing account value over time.
- Ensuring clients continue to see value from the partnership.
Selling Solutions, Not Products
- Understanding client needs.
- Shaping tailored solutions.
- Developing commercial proposals.
- Presenting recommendations.
- Negotiating project scope and pricing.
