The Role
This is a pivotal commercial leadership opportunity with the scope to influence growth across multiple channels, customer groups and geographies. Sitting at the heart of the senior leadership team, you’ll shape the commercial strategy, lead and develop a high-performing team, and unlock opportunities across both established UK relationships and broader international routes to market. The business needs a leader who can balance strategy with execution, strengthening partnerships, improving commercial discipline and identifying where future growth will come from. For someone who enjoys building momentum, creating structure and delivering visible impact, this is a role with real significance.

The Ideal Fit
- Senior commercial leadership experience within FMCG, ideally across beauty, personal care or consumer goods.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and knows when to act and when to wait.
- Experience working across UK and international markets, including distributor or partner-led routes to market.
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious and delivery-focused.
- Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches.
- Confident leading teams, influencing at Board level and building trusted customer relationships.
- A hands-on leader who can shape strategy, build capability and drive execution at pace.
