Crown Packaging is a global leader in metal packaging and one of EMEA's leading beverage can manufacturers. Every day, millions of consumers enjoy their favourite drinks in cans produced by our business, making us a trusted partner to many of the world's largest beverage companies. Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Commercial Director to lead our UK & Ireland Commercial team.

This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving commercial performance, shaping customer partnerships, and delivering growth strategies that support both customer needs and business objectives. The successful candidate will be financially astute, commercially minded, and able to balance demand with operational capability to ensure our manufacturing facilities operate at optimal capacity while delivering profitable results.
You will bring proven commercial leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and a clear understanding of how sales performance influences manufacturing operations. A collaborative and influential leader, you will be confident challenging the status quo and driving initiatives that create sustainable value.

We value in-person collaboration, so when not visiting customers, you will be based at either our Peterborough or Carlisle manufacturing sites or at our UK Office in Wantage, Oxford.
