About IWSR

IWSR is the global authority on beverage alcohol data and intelligence. For over 50 years the world's leading drinks businesses have trusted our data for their most important decisions. We work with the most senior commercial and strategy teams across the global beverage alcohol industry, covering 160 markets worldwide. We are now part of the WGSN group, bringing additional scale, capability, and cross-sell opportunity to an already market-leading business.

The Role

This is the most senior and most influential commercial leadership role in IWSR's European business. The European commercial team generates the lion's share of IWSR's global revenue. This role leads it.

It is a genuine player-coach position: you will lead and develop a team of five account managers and directors across Europe while personally owning two of IWSR's most strategically important European accounts. You report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and play a key role in shaping how IWSR's European commercial function grows, retains, and deepens its client relationships in the years ahead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
