We are hiring an experienced Commercial Director to lead and scale our commercial operations in London.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, build high-performing commercial teams, and shape the company's go-to-market strategy.

You'll play a key role in expanding our existing Voice, SMS and PBX business while driving growth across IP Transit, Hosting, Connectivity and other infrastructure services.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for our London office
  • Identify new market opportunities, target industries and ideal customer profiles
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability and overall commercial performance
  • Expand existing product lines and launch new commercial initiatives
  • Build strong alignment between Sales, Marketing and Account Management
  • Lead, hire and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, sales metrics and revenue reporting
  • Work closely with our Prague team and technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to pricing, go-to-market strategy and long-term business growth

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of commercial experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles such as Commercial Director, Sales Director, Head of Sales, Revenue Director or VP Sales
  • Proven experience building or scaling B2B sales organizations
  • Strong background in commercial strategy, GTM, revenue growth and business development
  • Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, sales performance and commercial metrics
  • A leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in key customer opportunities
  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Willingness to work from our London office
