About The Role

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of segment-focused strategies to accelerate growth across priority markets. You will work across sales, marketing and product to drive commercial performance, strengthen product-market fit, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to influence innovation, pricing, and go-to-market execution within a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build a clear commercial plan and orchestrate execution to optimise commercial outcomes
  • Generate market insights, size commercial opportunities, and define target segments for growth
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for pricing and packaging improvements in collaboration with product and pricing teams
  • Partner with product teams to improve product-market fit, support innovation initiatives and unlock new commercial potential
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment on priorities across regions, segments, and product combinations
  • Improve the end-to-end customer experience, identifying gaps and working with internal teams to deliver enhancements

Requirements

  • Degree in a life sciences discipline
  • Experience working as a researcher in the biopharma sector, deep understanding of pharma R&D
  • Solid business acumen with experience in go-to-market strategy and commercial planning
  • Proactive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability. Able to see big picture as well as delve into the detail
  • Ability to analyse financial and performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Track record of delivery and execution
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams and navigate complex matrix organisation, managing through influence
  • Excellent communication skills

If performed in NLD Amsterdam (Radarweg), the base pay range is €110,500 - €184,000.
