About Brink’s

The Brink’s Company (NYSE: BCO) is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions, and ATM managed services. Our customers include financial institutions, retailers, government agencies, mints, jewellers, and a wide range of commercial organisations. Operating across 51 countries and serving clients in more than 100, our scale, capability, and reputation for service excellence set us apart.

We believe our teams should reflect the customers and communities we serve. We’re committed to building a culture where every colleague feels valued, respected, included, and empowered to grow. Different backgrounds and perspectives make us stronger - and enable us to deliver the secure, reliable, and innovative solutions our customers depend on.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader to define and drive our global commercial strategy across ATM lifecycle services.

This is a high-impact role, focused on growing existing revenue streams, expanding into new markets, and evolving our offering in line with customer demand. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we position and deliver end-to-end ATM solutions, while building long-term partnerships with global customers.

Working across a matrix organisation, you’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Brink’s ATM Managed Services (AMS) network to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
