The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally well-connected Commercial Director / Brand Partner to spearhead Golden Bar Aqua's expansion across the UK and international luxury hospitality markets.
This is a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial portfolio role — designed for professionals who already possess trusted, active relationships with General Managers, F&B Directors, Head Sommeliers, and Procurement Leads. You will leverage your existing network to open doors, secure exclusive pouring listings, and maintain long-term commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

- Position and close pouring rights and menu placements within top-tier HORECA accounts, private clubs, and luxury wellness estates.
- Autonomously identify, approach, and convert high-value commercial targets without requiring daily corporate oversight.
- Structure high-margin, multi-year supply agreements and exclusive partnerships with luxury venue operators.
Relationship Architecture & Retention
- Embed Golden Bar Aqua into venues' permanent beverage programmes, ensuring consistent reorders.
- Partner with venue sommeliers and F&B managers to create bespoke guest experiences, fine water pairings, and elite event activations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
