Why this job matters
This role brings together our Commercial and Digital teams to improve how we use data across all the products we sell and manage.
You will work closely with senior leaders and technical teams across Digital, Sales, and Commercial to make sure accurate, high-quality data is available when it's needed. This data will help the business make informed decisions, plan for the future, and improve performance. You will also work with our partners to ensure they deliver reliable, accurate data on time.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead a portfolio of projects that improve our commercial systems, processes, and ways of working, making sure they support our business goals.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements and help design solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage projects and change initiatives from planning through to delivery, keeping them on track, managing risks, and engaging key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project plans, business cases, and priorities to ensure we focus on the work that delivers the greatest value.
- Partner with teams across Sales, Commercial, Digital, Finance, and Operations to identify opportunities to improve the experience for customers and colleagues and drive better business results.
- Run workshops and discovery sessions to understand business challenges and turn ideas into clear, practical solutions.
- Support the successful rollout of new tools, systems, and processes, helping teams adopt new ways of working and ensuring expected benefits are achieved.
- Use data, feedback, and business performance insights to make recommendations and support senior leaders with decision-making and future planning.

The skills you’ll need
- Understand business challenges and turn them into clear, practical solutions.
- Plan and manage projects, keeping work on track, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Prioritise work and manage roadmaps or backlogs to deliver the greatest business value.
- Analyse information and use data to solve problems and make recommendations.
- Lead workshops, improve business processes, and support teams through change.
- Understand how commercial decisions affect customers, business performance, and financial results.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Delivering business transformation, change, or improvement projects in a complex organisation.
- Working as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
