The Opportunity
Trade Harmonizer is in a major growth phase. We are building momentum across Recovery Audit and Harmonizer Platform sales, partnerships, onboarding, and product development. We now need a proactive, commercially minded individual who wants to turn their own activity into long-term progression within the business. If you deliver results, there is a clear opportunity for this role to grow into a more senior commercial position over time.
Role Title
Commercial Executive
What this person will do in Year 1
The role starts with strong emphasis on pipeline generation and commercial process ownership, then expands into onboarding, customer success, and account development as the function matures.
Initial focus (first 3–6 months)
- Outbound prospecting across target accounts and contact lists
- Email campaign execution and follow-up
- LinkedIn outreach and messaging sequences
- Calling prospects and qualifying interest
- CRM management, list hygiene, and pipeline updates
- Appointment setting for senior team members to close Recovery Audit opportunities
- Direct early-stage follow-up on Harmonizer Platform interest
- Basic reporting on activity, response rates, and pipeline progression
Expanded scope (months 6–12)
- Customer onboarding support
- Customer success check-ins and follow-up
- Account management support
- Renewal tracking and coordination
- Upsell and cross-sell opportunity identification
- Closer collaboration with founders on commercial process improvement

What success looks like
- Consistent outbound activity and CRM discipline
- Recovery Audit meetings set for the senior team to close
- Harmonizer Platform direct signups generated and progressed
- Strong follow-through, clear reporting, and well-managed pipeline movement
- Founders spending materially less time on prospecting admin and more time on closing, onboarding, and strategic work
Candidate Profile
We are not necessarily looking for a fully formed enterprise salesperson. We are looking for someone who is commercially switched on, organised, proactive, and comfortable owning activity in a growing business.
- Experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, or another commercial/customer-facing role
- Confident communicator by phone, email, and video
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and structured pipeline management
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality and ability to work remotely with discipline
- Motivated by progression and responsibility in a high-growth environment
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable
- Exposure to B2B, SaaS, services, logistics, customs, fintech, or regtech is helpful but not essential
