Commercial Executive

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for aviation and commercial strategy? Join AJW Group as a Commercial Executive, where you’ll play a key role in shaping proposals and agreements for our industry-leading aviation services. As a Commercial Executive, you will be pivotal in structuring commercially viable solutions that drive revenue growth and strengthen AJW’s market position. By delivering well-structured proposals and supporting contract negotiations, you will contribute to our broader goal of providing world-class aviation support solutions while maintaining financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

This role is being considered for our HQ Office in Slinfold, UK or our new office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What you’ll be doing:

Assess and respond to RFPs, preparing structured and commercially competitive proposals Support contract negotiations and facilitate seamless transitions to operational teams Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure commercial integrity Ensure contract compliance and maintain accurate records Collaborate cross-functionally to develop clear, precise, and aligned documentation

About you:

Experience in sales, business development, or account management (aviation preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Project management and risk assessment skills Commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience
