This is an exciting opportunity to join giffgaff as a Commerce Executive, where you will play a central role in turning customer advocacy into a powerful growth engine. Sitting within the Commercial team, you will take ownership of referral and loyalty initiatives that drive acquisition across Mobile and Broadband, ensuring that satisfied members actively contribute to attracting new customers.

In this role, you will manage the end to end execution of referral programmes while continuously evolving them to increase engagement and commercial performance. You will work closely with Community, Member Innovation and Channel teams, using data and member insight to shape initiatives that strengthen loyalty and maximise lifetime value. Success will come from combining operational excellence with creative thinking, identifying opportunities to enhance the member experience and scale advocacy as a core growth channel.

Our bright and modern gaff is in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting isn't for you, most of our roles can be hybrid or remote, or anywhere in between.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:

  • Proven experience in commercial growth, CVM or advocacy programme management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and drive actionable insight
  • Experience delivering performance driven campaigns or programmes
  • Clear understanding of how incentives influence customer behaviour
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring:

  • Experience working with referral or advocacy platforms
  • Exposure to channel or performance marketing in a commercial environment
  • Background in telecoms, particularly PAYG, PAYM or Broadband
  • Creative thinking when developing customer propositions and journeys
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on identifying new growth opportunities
