Commercial Finance Analyst
Hospitality & Leisure Brand (Multi-Site)
London (hybrid, 3–4 days in the office)
£55,000 - £60,000 + bonus + benefits
A well-known consumer and hospitality brand is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its high-performing Commercial Finance team. Operating a large multi-site estate across the UK and internationally, the business is fast-paced, highly commercial and offers excellent exposure to senior leadership and key operational stakeholders.
This is a highly visible role sitting within the Commercial Finance function, focused on delivering reporting, financial analysis, forecasting and business insight to support strategic decision making. Reporting into senior commercial finance leadership, the position offers broad exposure across performance analysis, investment decisions, business modelling and commercial projects.

- Support budget, forecast and long-range planning processes, particularly across central costs and marketing spend
- Prepare and distribute weekly trading packs, month-end packs and commercial reporting to support performance tracking and decision making
- Analyse variances against forecast and budget, providing updated projections and meaningful commercial insight
- Produce site and business performance analysis including margin, KPI and trading performance reporting
- Support scenario planning and maintenance of financial operating models
- Provide analysis and modelling support for business expansion opportunities and investment decisions
- Evaluate actual versus planned outcomes of strategic initiatives and support ROI analysis
- Support continuous improvement across reporting, modelling and management information processes
- Provide ad hoc analytical support across the Commercial Finance team
- Support reporting processes across BI, TM1 and Qlik platforms

Requirements
You will ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or part-qualified with experience within FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis roles. Experience within hospitality, retail or another consumer-facing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
You will be analytically strong, commercially minded and confident communicating with senior stakeholders. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills are essential, while experience with TM1, Qlik, Power BI or similar BI tools would be highly beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious FP&A professional looking to join a recognised consumer brand in a broad, commercially focused role with strong visibility and progression potential.
