Commercial Finance Analyst
Location: London (Hybrid) | Kings Cross – Two Days Per Week
Salary: c£75 + Benefits
If you're looking for a Finance Analyst role where your job is simply to produce reports, this isn't it.
We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who wants to influence decisions, challenge performance and play a key role in the growth of a fast-paced, multi-site business.
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation where finance is a true business partner. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the business, turning data into insight and helping shape commercial decisions that drive performance across a growing portfolio of sites.
If you enjoy working with people as much as numbers and thrive in a business that moves quickly, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll become an integral part of the commercial finance team, providing the insight and analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the business.
You'll work across multiple sites, partnering with operational leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities and challenge assumptions. Your work won't stay within finance—it will influence decisions across the wider business.
This is a highly visible role with genuine scope to develop your career as the business continues to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
