Commercial Finance Analyst

About Ultimate Performance

Global leader in personal training, offering world-class studios worldwide from Sydney to Los Angeles. Known for science-backed training, nutrition, and coaching that delivers exceptional results for clients.

Following a Private Equity acquisition in 2024, we are rapidly scaling with strong investment in people, systems, and processes to support global growth. The pre-launch of a major rebrand in January 2026 and strategic reinforcements are driving momentum across the business.

The Role: Commercial Finance Analyst

We are seeking a commercially-minded Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Finance team and play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making during our continued international expansion.

This position is ideal for a newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant, or a strong part-qualified professional, eager to transition into a commercially-focused finance role. You will influence business performance across multiple departments, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance.

Collaborating with senior leaders, you will translate financial and operational data into actionable insights, directly supporting strategic priorities and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Analysis

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to provide financial support and analysis that enhances commercial performance.
  • Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Develop and present insightful reporting to support trading reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Deliver variance analysis, comparing budgets, forecasts, and historical performance across periods.

Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
  • Advise on strategic financial models, dashboards, and reporting improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
