THE TEAM

Our Commercial Finance, Data & Transformation team helps our Procurement and Brand Supply Chain teams make better decisions, unlock value and build a smarter, more connected Supply Chain. By combining commercial insight, trusted data and modern ways of working, we enable teams to focus on delivering the right products, at the right cost, for our restaurants and customers across Europe.

We partner closely with Procurement, Brand Supply Chain, Finance and Global teams to modernise reporting, strengthen governance and embrace AI, automation and digital tools that simplify work and improve decision making. As a small, high-impact team, we have the opportunity to test new ideas, challenge traditional ways of working and help shape the future of Supply Chain across Europe.

If you're curious, commercially minded and excited by using data, technology and continuous improvement to solve real business problems, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across multiple brands, markets and functions.

About The Role

As a Commercial & Business Analyst within the Yum! Europe Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, you will turn complex commercial, financial and operational data into clear insights that support better business decisions. You'll own recurring reporting, business case analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, helping simplify processes, improve data-driven decision making and drive value creation across a diverse stakeholder network.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING?

  • Own commercial, financial and operational analysis, building scenario models and providing recommendations that support business and operational decision making.
  • Deliver financial analysis and benefit tracking for savings initiatives, business cases and value creation programmes, ensuring assumptions, risks and ownership are clearly documented.
  • Produce and continuously improve recurring reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance packs, providing clear commentary on business performance and key movements.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, templates and self-service solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Monday.com and AI-enabled tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort and standardise ways of working through better documentation, governance and process design.
  • Partner with Data, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations and PMO teams to deliver analytical support and drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex data into clear, stakeholder-ready insights, recommendations and actions.
  • Support the adoption of new reporting tools, processes and best practices through knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
