Self-Employed Commercial Finance Broker

Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK)

Earnings: Uncapped Commission | High Commission Splits

What You'll Do

As a Self-Employed Commercial Finance Broker, you'll advise clients across a broad range of finance products, including:

  • Commercial Mortgages
  • Buy-to-Let Finance
  • Bridging Loans
  • Development Finance
  • Business Loans
  • Asset Finance
  • Specialist Property Finance

You'll be responsible for developing your own client relationships while benefiting from the support and infrastructure provided by Fathom Finance.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in commercial finance, mortgages or property finance
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • A proactive approach to business development
  • A desire to build a long-term business rather than simply hold a job

CeMAP or equivalent qualifications are desirable where relevant but are not essential for all commercial finance roles.
