Location: West Yorkshire or Fully Remote (UK)
Package: £30,000-£40,000 basic salary
- 30% commission (uncapped - annual target is double the basic salary)
Clover Talent is working with an established independent brokerage supporting UK SMEs since 2005.
They’re now entering a new phase of growth and rebrand, creating an opportunity for Commercial Finance Brokers to step into a business where they can genuinely shape their own success.
This is a high-autonomy role, no micromanagement, no unnecessary process, just the tools, support, and lender access to get deals done.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing deals end-to-end: enquiry → structure → completion
- Advising SME clients on tailored funding solutions
- Building and developing your own pipeline and introducer network
- Working closely with lenders across a broad panel
- Structuring commercially sound, FCA-compliant deals

What they’re looking for:
- 2+ years in a business finance brokerage
- A proven ability to generate business or an existing network
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently
This isn’t a KPI-heavy, over-managed brokerage. It’s a place for brokers who already know how to win business, want more control over how they work and prefer outcomes over oversight.
