Job Description
Summary
Responsible to develop innovative solutions to deliver customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk/reward. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform the decision-making process.
Roles and Responsibilities

Management & Team Leadership
- Overse a team covering the full range of Direct Accountable Worldwide (DAW) within the Commercial Finance family, including generalists responsible for:
- Driving commercial finance operating rhythms
- Providing centralized finance reporting capabilities
- Developing commercial productivity metrics
- Contributing to commercial forecasting
- Supporting overall business growth
- Overse a team covering the full range of Direct Accountable Worldwide (DAW) within the Commercial Finance family, including generalists responsible for:

Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Lead commercial financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Provide strategic support to regional sales and commercial teams
- Develop expertise within the function
- Grow a strong reputation within the organization

Expertise & Thought Leadership
- Roles requiring deep discipline expertise, providing professional or thought leadership
- Influence policy and operational guidelines
- Link with other organizational functions for cohesive execution
- Lead functional teams or moderate-complexity projects
- Present business solutions to functional leadership
- Communicate complex information internally and negotiate internal change adoption
- Influence peers or stakeholders (internal/externally) to advance strategic goals
- Drive innovation in addressing complex business challenges
- Evaluate data quality, challenge conflicting information

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Finance & Commercial Finance Management
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Proven analytical and problem-solving experience
- Track record of leading programs/projects
- Developed project management, documentation, and execution skills

Pay & Compensation (U.S. Roles)
- Base pay range: $147,400–$245,600
- Geographic pay adjustment: 110%, 120%, or 130% for select locations
- Bonus eligibility: Discretionary annual bonus
