Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business insight? We're partnering with a high-growth, Private Equity-backed organisation to recruit an experienced Commercial Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants genuine exposure to strategic decision-making, board reporting, commercial analysis and business growth. Working closely with the Finance Director and SLT, you'll play a key role in shaping commercial performance through insightful reporting, financial modelling and data-driven analysis. This is a highly visible role with significant influence across the business and offers exposure to strategic projects, commercial tenders and acquisition activity.

Role

  • Producing insightful monthly management information and board reporting.
  • Developing and enhancing commercial KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
  • Analysing financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve business performance.
  • Supporting commercial tenders with pricing models, profitability analysis and financial business cases.
  • Providing financial analysis to support contract renewals and strategic commercial decisions.
  • Supporting acquisition activity through financial modelling, due diligence and post-acquisition performance reporting.
  • Presenting financial information clearly to senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
