Equifind is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, omnichannel fashion retail business looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. This role will be central to supporting their growth ambitions, with a particular focus on digital performance and international expansion.

About the Role

You'll act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, working cross-functionally to turn data into clear, commercially useful insight that shapes decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside retail, merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing teams to track performance against key metrics and support commercial decisions across all markets, including ad hoc analysis as business needs arise
  • Build financial models to appraise investment decisions — from new store openings and market entry to product launches and technology investment — and translate these into clear ROI cases
  • Own the reporting and analysis cycle that underpins time-sensitive business decisions
  • Run the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle across all sales channels, covering revenue, margin, and cost lines
  • Work with senior stakeholders to track performance, review spend, and surface actionable insight
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting that calls out key trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Help implement and refine systems that improve reporting on customer behaviour, segmentation, seasonality, and campaign performance
  • Identify and drive improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting output
  • Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Work with technology and commercial teams to strengthen the data feeding into financial and KPI reporting
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, balancing support with challenge to get the best out of people

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
