£80,000 with a 12% performance bonus

Are you a Commercial Finance Manager who owns budgeting and forecasting, and likes turning numbers into decisions? Do you want ownership of the UK planning cycle plus a small team to develop?

We Do Group are hiring a Commercial Finance Manager for the UK arm of an FMCG group. You'll own the budget, forecast and long-range planning cycles, lead the commercial reporting, and manage one analyst as you go.

It's a hands-on role with high visibility. You'll be in the detail building the numbers, but also presenting to the Managing Directors and Finance Director and helping leadership make better commercial calls.

WISH LIST

  • Solid commercial finance or FP&A experience, owning budgeting and forecasting end-to-end
  • Comfortable managing or mentoring a junior analyst
  • Commercially minded, with the confidence to present numbers to senior leaders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
